Ange Postecoglou was full of smiles following Celtic's League Cup triumph as he quipped 'any chance of a lift to Celtic Park'.
Rangers hero Ally McCoist was in the studio as part of the star-studded line-up on duty for the ViaPlay Cup Final as Kyogo Furuhashi once again had a major say at Hampden Park as his double landed the Hoops back to back successes in the competition. Alfredo Morelos gave the Light Blues a lifeline but it wasn't enough as the derby bragging rights head to Glasgow's east end.
The result is also a first defeat in charge for Michael Beale since taking over from Giovanni van Bronckhorst and also his first as a manager in a cup final. It was dejection in Mount Florida for the Light Blues - who will be aiming to bounce back as soon as possible - but it was a party mood for Celtic with Postecoglou visibly delighted and even up for a joke.

After his interview live on Viaplay Sport, he turned to McCoist and said: 'Any chance of a lift back to Celtic Park' in response to the Rangers hero after he said he would drive up to Glasgow and pick up the Celtic gaffer when linked with the Leeds job from the talkSPORT studio.
His cheeky response landed laughs from the pundit panel that included Chris Sutton, Brian Laudrup and Gordon Strachan.
On Celtic's win over Rangers, he said: "It's funny at the end of games. The overwhelming feeling is relief as you know what it means to everybody involved in the football club. From the players and staff to the supporters. You carry that burden for that full 90 to 95 minutes so it's just relief that you have the job done.
"I think it is important you enjoy these moments and I will let them enjoy it. If I start talking to them about [St Mirren] and they don't enjoy this they are going to start questioning why they are doing what they are doing. They work awfully hard for me everyday, not just the players but the staff and they need to appreciate when they get the rewards and that's about tonight. My instructions are always the same 'enjoy your night, enjoy your success because come 24 hours' time I am going to ask you to go again'."
