Ange Postecoglou has continued to start his Tottenham tenure in popular fashion by banning a disliked tactic of the Antonio Conte era.
The Australian was recently appointed as the permanent successor to the Italian at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Conte proved to be a divisive figure during his time in North London, with his time in charge never really taking off the ground.
Ryan Mason took temporary charge between March and the end of the season, and he remains part of the backroom team at Spurs.
But it's former Celtic boss Postecoglou who is in charge of the club now, and he's already making his mark.
As well as personal phone calls to players before meeting them, he's made another move to get them on side.
The Daily Mail states that Postecoglou has removed Conte's controversial decision to forego schedules and set a training time for the following day.
The report says this move has been warmly welcomed by the players at the club, as they all aim to move forward ahead of another Premier League season in August.
Postecoglou has wasted little time in the transfer market so far as he tries to shape the squad in his vision.
Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison have already been added, while a move for Shakhtar's Manor Solomon appears to be the next port of call. Wolfsburg and Leverkusen defenders Micky van de Ven and Edmond Tapsoba are on his wishlist too.
Of course, Postecoglou will need to address the elephant in the room in the shape of Harry Kane too.

But with only a year left on his contract, Spurs also don't want to let him walk away for free next summer.
