Liverpool full-back Andy Robertson congratulated Paddy Pimblett on his victory at UFC London on Saturday.
Paddy ‘the Baddy’ won his third consecutive UFC fight with a slick second-round submission against Jordan Leavitt at a packed-out O2 Arena.
The Reds fan has quickly become a hugely popular personality within the UFC and received a hero’s welcome on his cagewalk to face 27-year-old American Leavitt.

Pimblett won his previous two UFC fights quickly but was made to be patient by Leavitt before pouncing in the second round and locking in the choke.
Robertson was among the Liverpool players to praise Pimblett on social media after the fighter’s win on the UFC’s visit to London in March and the Scotland international did so again, posting an image which declared Pimblett as the winner onto his Instagram story and adding three clapping emojis.
Pimblett, thought, was not happy with his performance. "Once again, I'm disappointed in my performance. That's not me. That was s***. I'm better than that," he said post-fight.
