The Kansas City Chiefs pulled off an all-timer against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday with a wild 42-36 win in overtime after a truly bonkers final two minutes of regulation.
Patrick Mahomes had himself a game, as he helped regain the lead for the Chiefs in those final two minutes and then led a three-play, 13 second drive to get Kansas City in position to kick the 49-yard field goal to send the game to overtime. Sure, the NFL’s overtime rules may be absolutely dreadful, but the game is still an absolute instant classic given just how bananas the ending was.
Headed into those final 13 seconds of regulation, down by three points, Mahomes had a pretty big challenge ahead of him. And what did Chiefs head coach Andy Reid say to his quarterback to get him ready? “Be the grim reaper.”
"When it's grim be the Grim Reaper."

What a quote! Seriously, if that doesn’t have you running through your wall as a Chiefs fan, I’m not sure what will. And after an absolute stunner of a game like that, I don’t think Kansas City will be coming down from that high for some time.
