Andy Halliday has named the Rangers side he would pick to face Celtic as he made a big call over Michael Beale's two January recruits.
The former Light Blues midfielder - plying his trade with Hearts - believes Todd Cantwell could be the one to miss out if both John Lundstram and Malik Tillman are deemed fit to play. The Ibrox gaffer revealed both are yet to training during his press call yesterday but he is hopefully one or two will declare themselves ready by Friday or Saturday.
Celtic and Rangers go head to head at Hampden Park on Sunday as both clubs eye up winning the League Cup and bagging the first piece of silverware on offer this season. The Old Firm pair both go into the clash on relentless runs of form but something will need to give in the south side this weekend.

Beale is yet to lose since taking over from Giovanni van Bronckhorst at Ibrox but the Hoops' form has meant he has been unable to claw any of the nine point gap between the duo in the Premiership table back with games starting to run out in the title chase.
Delivering his XI for the weekend, Halliday told Open Goal: "Back four and goalkeeper picks itself with [Allan] McGregor.
"[Nicolas] Raskin, [John] Lundstram - if he's fit - [Malik] Tillman, [Ryan] Kent, I'd go [Fashion] Sakala and [Alfredo] Morelos."
On Sakala's inclusion, Halliday explained: "He's actually done really well in the Old Firms.
"He played really well last year and scored at Celtic Park."
