ANDY Burnham has been urged to “blacklist” a company with links to illegal Israeli settlements from a license to drill in the North Sea by a former first minister after the Prime Minister announced sanctions last week.

Humza Yousaf has called on Burnham to ban Israeli Delek Group, a firm whose subsidiary Ithaca Energy owns a 20% stake in the Rosebank oil fields off Shetland.
