Andy Burham has slammed 'frankly disgraceful' claims made about his wife in a lengthy and detailed 'personal' statement issued regarding Clean Air Zone plans.
The controversial scheme to charge owners of certain vehicles has now been delayed.
Under the initial plans, drivers of 'non-compliant' vans and taxis would have been charged when driving into, or within, Greater Manchester from May.
