Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has applied to close the company operating his Pitch@Palace platform, an initiative he claimed created 3,000 jobs by connecting start-ups with investors, mentors and industry figures.
A document filed with Companies House on Tuesday, signed by sole director Arthur Lancaster, seeks to have the company “struck off and dissolved”. Companies House lists ‘Prince Andrew, of Royal Lodge, Windsor’, as having “significant influence or control” over the business.
