(Picture: Getty Images)Andrew Strauss has formally unveiled his plan to take England’s men to the top of world cricket but is now at the behest of the counties over two of his flagship reforms to the domestic game, which would reduce the number of matches they play each summer.
Strauss has been leading a high performance review, commissioned in the wake of England’s latest Ashes hammering in Australia last winter and published in full for the first time on Thursday.
