Mirra Andreeva beat an erratic Marta Kostyuk in straight sets at the French Open on Thursday to reach her first Grand Slam final. The 19-year-old from Russia drew on her defeat against the same opponent at the Madrid Open earlier this year to deliver a tactical masterclass at Roland Garros, ending the Ukrainian's 17-match unbeaten run on clay.

Mirra Andreeva raced into her first Grand Slam final as she beat an error-prone Marta Kostyuk 6-1, 6-3 at the French Open on Thursday.
