The Three Lions were overwhelming favourites to run up a big scoreline against Group K minnows at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona on Saturday evening, but instead delivered a massively ponderous performance in which they dominated possession but could not fashion many clear-cut opportunities against a team currently ranked at 173rd in the world by FIFA.
