VISAKHAPATNAM: In one of the most horrific crimes in Vizag city in the recent past, the Pendurthi police arrested a serial killer for involvement in three murders at Chinamushidiwada locality under Pendurthi police station limits in Vizag city in a span of a week. Family issues and loss of jobs seemed to have converted him to a dangerous criminal. He had developed a grudge on women due to incidents in his life and decided to take revenge against the women by brutally killing them by hitting them with an iron-rod.
The arrested accused was identified as Chandaka Rambabu (49), a native of Darma Sagaram village under Kotauratla in Anakapalle district and used to stay near the temples and functions halls in Vizag city for survival.
