TIRUPATI: After a brief lull, the leopard scare is back to haunt the devotees trekking up to Tirumala.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams sources said that a leopard and a bear were spotted moving close to the Alipiri-Tirumala pedestrian route near Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple between Oct 24-27.
The movement of the leopard and the bear were capture by the trap cameras set up inside the forest area.
TTD appealed to the devotees trekking to Tirumala to be alert and extremely cautious while walking along the Alipiri pedestrian route.
