Andhra Pradesh: 8,000 litres of liquor worth Rs 70 lakh destroyed

VISAKHAPATNAM: Anakapalli Police destroyed 8,114 liters of liquor of various brands, seized in 2,315 cases, worth around Rs 70 lakh. They destroyed the liquor in 37,674 bottles by using a road roller at Nellikutla in Narsipatnam mandal in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam district on Wednesday.

Anakapalli Police had destroyed 8,665 liters of arrack seized in 1,391 cases on August 21.
