Ancient oak tree was healthy when it was cut down by Toby Carvery restaurant, report finds

An ancient oak tree felled last year by the owners of the Toby Carvery was healthy at the time it was cut down, according to a Forestry Commission report.

Site inspections and surveys found the Whitewebbs Park, Enfield, oak posed no risk, with no overhang above the car park or other hazard areas.
