MUMBAI: Let alone an active member, Anand Teltumbde was not even an ordinary member of any banned or terrorist outfit said senior counsel Mihir Desai representing him before Bombay high court for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
The HC bench of Justices S B Shukre and GA Sanap began hearing the bail application filed by Teltumbde, an accused in the 2018 Elgar Parishad case who has been behind bars since April 2020.
