After several years of running expert-led, skills development workshops, we have made the difficult decision to close Guardian Masterclasses.
We’ve thought long and hard about where we should best focus our efforts to ensure the Guardian succeeds over the long term and will be directing our energy into our biggest opportunities to reach and engage more readers.
We’re very grateful to everyone who has supported the Guardian and developed their skills through Guardian Masterclasses. And thank you to our network of excellent tutors who have shared their knowledge and experience generously over the years.
The majority of courses will now be cancelled. A refund will be given to ticket holders. If you have booked a Masterclass, please look out for an email with details on how this affects your booking.
There are many ways you can continue to engage with the Guardian, including through our journalism and programme of Guardian Live events that bring you closer to the big stories, award-winning journalists, and leading thinkers, wherever you are in the world.
