Amy Childs has revealed that she's had liposuction on her chin due to her struggling to watch herself on TV.

The Only Way Is Essex star said she was "nervous" ahead of the treatment.

"I'm very nervous but also very excited because today I'm going to be having liposuction under my chin," she said on an Instagram video.
