Jeff Daniels reprises his role as police chief Del Harris in the upcoming second season of American Rust: Broken Justice. The trailer, released on Monday, teases a gripping murder conspiracy that unfolds in the fictional town of Buell.
In the new season, Del Harris and Grace Poe, played by Maura Tierney, find themselves entangled in a web of mysteries as they attempt to rebuild their lives. The trailer hints at a series of unrelated murders that hint at a larger conspiracy lurking in the tight-knit community.
The unresolved case from the previous season resurfaces, causing Del to grapple with protecting a murder suspect who happens to be the son of his on-and-off girlfriend, Grace. Tensions rise as the characters navigate trust issues and the complexities of their relationships.
