A TikToker who makes videos trying and rating food from countries all over the world has said he wants to visit Wales and asked his tens of thousands of followers for recommendations. And he wasn't short of options, with dozens of options thrown at him in the comments.
David Turek, who has more than 17,000 followers on the viral app, said: "I have no idea where to go or what to do. Something I looked up was Snowdonia, but I'd love it if I could get some recommendations from you guys. Tell me what to do in Wales because I am kind of clueless right now."
And while us Welshies know where to find the hidden gems of God's own country, for those unfamiliar with the beautiful coastline, stunning mountain scenery or the hive of activity in our cities it can feel quite overwhelming.

But the TikTok community had no bother in setting David up a proper Welsh bucket list, with some fantastic stops along the way. Following his lead of knowing about Snowdonia, it was higher ground that made a lot of people's top recommendations. A few people suggested Snowdon itself, as well as the beautiful scenery of Eryri, Snowdonia.
Further down south, several had Pen Y Fan as a must visit, as well as waterfall country in the Brecon Beacons. For fabulous views and hopefully a brush in with a few goats, the Great Orme In Llandudno also got a name check.
With land covered, for the sea a popular recommendation was the Gower Peninsula and it's clear to see why. Miles and miles of gorgeous beaches - some voted among the best in the world - the area really is breath-taking. Or if you fancy a hike that's slightly less steep than the mountain range, a few people recommended the Pembrokeshire coastal path.
Given Wales is often nicknamed the land of castles, it would be rude not to visit one of the 400 plus that are dotted around the country, another popular suggestion. And what better one to visit than Cardiff Castle, slap bang in the city centre - after all how many capitals can boast such an accolade?
Lots of people suggested visiting Cardiff generally, but especially during the Six Nations when the buzz in the city centre is palpable. Cardiff Bay also got a few name checks as must visits.
Given David's videos primarily focus around trying new foods, there were more than a few foodie tips. Joes Ice Cream in Swansea and Mumbles was a popular choice, with one saying it was "the best ice cream in the UK." Another also suggested a staple breakfast option: "Try the Welsh fried breakfast with cockles and lava bread . You will either love it or hate."
