Leo Speki states in his video that he is upset about paying around a thousand dollars for first-class seats for himself and his sister on American Airlines, plus 25 dollars for Wi-Fi , but not being granted access to the service. Additionally, he noted that although he chose seats that could be converted into flat beds, he wasn’t provided with pillows or blankets, which he found confusing since he paid a high price for them.
