A jet bridge incident has "ripped off" the door of an American-bound plane at Dublin Airport today.
The bridge was connected to an American Airlines Boeing 787 Dreamliner which was awaiting flight to Philadelphia near Dublin Airport's Terminal 2. However, the jet bridge collapsed and caused the plane's second door on the left to disconnect and fall to the ground.
No injuries were reported.
Passengers took to Twitter to share photos of the incident, with one person additionally saying: "Jet bridge failed at Dublin Airport and ripped off the door from an American 787 Dreamliner @FlightEmergency."
