An American woman has shared her first experience of riding the Mumbai Metro, praising its cleanliness, affordability and safety features while comparing it favourably to New York's subway system.
Liz, who was visiting Mumbai, said she was impressed by everything from the ₹20 ticket price and air-conditioned coaches to the platform screen doors and women-only compartments, eventually concluding that "America needs to learn from India."
