Wisconsin has been called for Donald Trump pushing him to 276 Electoral College votes and officially making him the 47th president-elect of the United States.
The call by CNN comes after Trump addressed his supporters and claimed victory at a convention centre in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the early hours of November 6.
"This was the greatest political movement of all time," he said.
Several states such as Michigan, Maine, Nevada, New Hampshire, Alaska and Arizona are yet to be called.
Trump went into election day with a 50-50 chance of reclaiming the White House, a remarkable turnaround from January 6, 2021, when many pundits pronounced his political career over after the Capitol riots.
Trump picked up more support from Hispanics, traditionally Democratic voters, and lower-income households that have keenly felt the sting of price rises since the last presidential election in 2020, according to exit polls from Edison.
Voters whose top issue was the economy voted overwhelmingly for Trump, especially if they felt they were worse off financially than they were four years ago.
