AMC Takes Stake In National CineMedia: What Investors Need To Know

A new filing from AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC) on Tuesday shows the company has a 6.8% ownership stake in National CineMedia (NASDAQ:NCMI) stock, or 5,954,646 shares.
