Dad furious after ordering £1,200 MacBook on Amazon - and being sent dog food

A dad has hit out at Amazon after the online retailer sent him Pedigree Chum dog's food instead of an Apple laptop.

Alan Wood, a 61-year-year-old dad-of-two spent £1,200 on a MacBook Pro for his daughter but instead received two packets of Pedigree.

The retired IT manager says he contacted Amazon about the bizarre mix-up and was initially refused a refund.
