Amazon Prime Day buyers rights when their order is late, missing or faulty

Amazon Prime Day is coming up this week, and the pre-sale deals are already flooding in across the website, from Shark hoovers to Fire TVs. In 2022, consumers worldwide spent more than £9 billion shopping, and they also managed to save a whopping £1.3 billion during the eight Prime Day last year.

While Prime Day is only for Amazon Prime members who have access to next-day delivery, it is expected there will be a massive surge in orders this week. This means some warehouses might not be able to fulfil every order in time.

Finance experts at Ocean Finance are urging consumers to know their rights if an order is late, missing or faulty.
