Amazon customer left out $2,000 after allegedly receiving empty watch boxes back-to-back

An Amazon customer is out $2,000 after ordering a high-end Garmin smartwatch twice, only to receive empty, tampered-with boxes both times. The victim, an Air Force veteran named Eric, originally purchased a $1,000 Garmin watch to replace an old unit he had worn for three years, including during his deployment to the Middle East.

According to the TikTok video posted by wbztv, the first package arrived with the cardboard torn open and the device missing. After contacting customer service, Eric says he was told to place a second order and refuse delivery of the delayed replacement, with Amazon promising a full refund.
