Alexa devices appear to be down across the UK, Spain, France and other countries with users reporting several errors.
The smart-home device, sold by Jeff Bezos's Amazon, his said to have had its national outage at around 8am this morning.
Users have now been left with black screens, solid blue lights and error messages on their devices, which are failing to respond to requests.

When asking Alexa a question, users receive the response:"Sorry. Something went wrong."
Taking to Twitter one user asked if anyone else was facing issues.
Many replied with one saying: "Seems to be down. I was thrown for a bit because my Firestick was co-incidentally fubar too, so thought it was my router. But all tech ok except Alexas."
Another said: "Yeah! Ours respond when you call it but the light goes straight back off."
A third joked: "Yep. Having to actually use light switches and the actual firestick remote is somewhat of an inconvenience."
According to monitoring site DownDetector, almost 8,000 people logged and issue about the error with reports coming in at around 7am.
An Amazon spokesperson said: "This morning we had an issue that impacted some Alexa customers' ability to interact with the service. The Alexa service is now operating normally."
