An impressive collection of vintage cars has been spotted outside Hooters, in Nottingham. The car park at the famous restaurant in the Hicking Building, on London Road, was packed with both high-end and quirky cars.
A number of colourful vehicles were parked in full display on Sunday afternoon, May 14. Once leaving the car park, some of the drivers were seen honking horns - showing off their impressive vehicles.
The manager of Hooters in Nottingham, Chrispin Beckett, confirmed the cars were there as a part of the American Car Show that they host a few times a year. Around 25 vintage cars showed up to the event.

Mr Beckett said: “It was for the American Car Show which we advertise on social media, it was just a show we have a few times a year. They were just there for the afternoon.
“Probably about two or three times a year. It’s just an event for people to come and show off their vintage American cars basically. If you own a vintage car you can just come down and show it off.
“Some people use them as businesses or just as hobbies, they just come and show their cars off.”
The next event is expected to take place in August this year.
