The mum of what are thought to be the UK's most prematurely born twins has said it feels both 'amazing and strange' as she brought home one of her babies from hospital.
Jade Crane, originally from Nottingham, gave birth to Harley and Harry at just 22 weeks and five days - more than a week before the abortion limit.
She and husband Steve welcomed the baby boy and girl at Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) on October 26 last year after being told they had zero chance of surviving.
