Amanda Holden sent fans wild with her latest social media post as she appeared to 'ditch' Britain's Got Talent. It wasn't quite as it seemed as the talent show judge is due to return to screens this weekend when the brand new series of the ITV talent show airs.
But with the audition stages pre-recorded, Amanda appears in no rush to get back from her trip to Los Angeles where she has been seen posing up a storm with Heart co-star Ashley Roberts, dining out with Piers Morgan and Gary Lineker, and enjoying days out with Simon Cowell's partner Lauren Silverman and his son, Eric, alongside her own children.
She even popped in on America's Got Talent as the 52-year-old was seen taking a seat on the judging panel alongside Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara. Captioning the post on Instagram, Amanda, who appeared in a navy wraparound shirt which she accessorised with delicate gold bangles while letting her blonde locks flow down into curls, simply said: "When @bgt meets @agt".

And fans were quick to respond. @zakwebster_ said: "If this is real I can die happy." @hashchudasama commented: "Died and went to heaven!" @brett_d_cove posted: "Now just add @aleshaofficial and it’s the World’s Got Talent panel of dreams!" @shawnrowl1 wrote: "WAIT WHATTTTTT OMGGGG IVE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS." @fishboy02 added: "Now that’s a trio if I ever saw one."
The post comes as Amanda hit back at those who have made official complaints to Ofcom about her outfits on BGT. The TV and radio star said some people have "too much time on their hands" as she addressed the hundreds of complaints made and said she did not want any complaints during the upcoming series given how her male co-stars also both wore revealing shirts.
The ITV talent show will return to screens for its 16th series on Saturday evening (April 15), with Bruno Tonioli stepping in as a new judge to join Amanda, Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon. She said: “We are leaving the sequins to Bruno this year. My God. This is the thing that I have got the problem with. Everyone talks about my tits and these two have them out all the time.
"Your shirt is undone and he is stripping off. I am like, no Ofcom complaints about me this year please." Former Strictly Come Dancing judge Tonioli voiced his support, saying: “Don’t complain. If you have got it, flaunt it. You girls have it. Show it off.
"I don’t understand this complaining. It is a beautiful woman. They are beautiful women. What is the problem?" Amanda then replied: “It’s nothing. It is people with too much time on their hands, Bruno.”
