Amanda Holden has responded to The Masked Dancer rumours live on air as viewers are convinced she is Scissors.
During her Heart Breakfast show on Tuesday, Amanda was ambushed by her co-stars who wanted to know if she was involved in the ITV dancing show which started at the weekend.
Fans have become convinced that she is Scissors as the first episode aired.
Fellow co-host Jamie Theakston and showbiz reporter Ashley Roberts grilled Amanda on the subject, to which she simply replied: "I couldn’t possibly say could I!"
Ashley started the conversation by saying: "The Masked Dancer series 2 has kicked-off last weekend and of course all the rumours are going around on who is who including one dancer who is ‘Scissors’.

"There’s a few little clues that have been going around, one of them is a bowl of cereal which some people are hinting it might be…linked to Breakfast show."
The trio then started talking about clues that had been mentioned on the show which could be connected to Amanda, such as her previously starring in a drama called Cutting It.
Amanda started talking about other clues, saying: "And a bowl of cereal I think is a clue…and…a, I can’t think of what else, but I know the rumours have been that it’s me. I couldn’t possibly say could I! Apparently this person has been on tour…"
Without giving too much away, Amanda talked about how much she loves the show as well as telling listeners to 'stay tuned'.
The second series of The Masked Dancer began at the weekend, with plenty of weird and wonder characters involved.
The show’s host Joel Dommett appeared alongside the judging panel Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Oti Mabuse as well at Peter Crouch who has newly joined, who are tasked with guessing the celebrity identities.
13 celebrities are taking part in the show, with one already having been unveiled as Jesse Metcalfe.
The first ever duo, Pillar and Post, have also taken to the dance floor.
Fans have been guessing who they think is behind the mask, with multiple guesses coming in for Scissors, including Amanda Holden.
Many pointed to Michelle Visage when listening to the clues.
One clue segment took place in a salon where the character had an American accent, saying she was considered 'sharp' but 'not always been described as the sharpest tool in the shed'.
Posting on Twitter, one fan wrote: "Michelle Visage is Scissors!"
While a second wrote: "Michelle visage as scissors," as a third added: "Michelle Visage?"
