Amanda Holden fans think she's 'lost the plot' as she does office parkour

Amanda Holden has had fans in hysterics after posting a video of herself doing jumping around and doing parkour in the Heart Radio office. Channelling movie hero Indiana Jones, the clip showed her rolling on the floor and jumping out at colleagues in a new white dress.

The 52-year-old presenter had clearly been reminded of the classic film series when she put the dress on, as she set the video to the Indiana Jones theme tune and captioned it: “Feeling very ‘Raiders of the lost Arc’ in my safari dress from @karen_millen today.”

At the start of the clip, Amanda jumps out from a post sack, before dramatically rolling across the floor, the Manchester Evening News reports. She then bursts out of a stationary cupboard, grabs a bottle of milk from a fridge with a deadpan expression on her face, and then darts across the room with an umbrella.

She is later seen leaping out from behind a photocopier to surprise a colleague and bursting out from behind some balloons. In the comments section, Amanda's friends and fans expressed their amusement and enjoyment of the clip.

Presenter Davina McCall posted a stream of laughing emojis. Meanwhile, Terry said: “She's bonkers!!” And Brian wrote: “Love how nobody bats an eyelid at Amanda's antics.”

Georgie put: “Love this! You just made me smile.” And Julie commented: “You’ve definitely lost the plot this morning, but I’m in hysterics all the same. Thank you for making me laugh every morning you are on the radio.”

Jane said: “What an adorable plonker you are.” And Creative Princess added: “You are so full of life Amanda, amazing always spreading your sparkle and shine.”

It comes after Amanda dispelled any rumours of a 'fix' over her decision to press her Golden Buzzer on Britain's Got Talent, during the auditions show that aired on Saturday night. The emotional moment saw the judge press the buzzer for a young theatre singer called Olivia Lynes, sending her straight through to the semi-finals.

But Amanda had actually met Olivia the day before when the 11-year-old went to the theatre to see a performance of Matilda the Musical. Amanda had surprised her at the box office and encouraged her to audition.

Olivia agreed and went on the show, wowing both Amanda and her fellow judges Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and Simon Cowell with her performance of Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked. Confetti rained down after Amanda pressed the Golden Buzzer.

“You are amazing. I didn't even know if I was allowed to press my buzzer,” she admitted. “You were my golden moment and you were a golden moment,” she said, as she scooped a tearful Olivia into her arms on stage.

Amanda later told MailOnline: “So I didn't know if I was allowed to press it for her because I’d actually met her the day before as part of our golden moments and encouraged her to come down and audition. But when I met her I had no idea if she could sing, and then was absolutely blown away by her performance.”

“The mum-of-two added: "And it's just so typical of what I would press my buzzer for. I was almost like, 'Oh my god. It's going to have to be this because I love it - she is amazing'.”
