Amanda Bynes has been freed from her conservatorship.
The former Nickelodeon star, 35, had been under the legal arrangement for nine years, but she can now make her own personal and financial decisions after a judge officially ended it, TMZ reports.
The judge had made a tentative ruling yesterday, saying that her conservatorship was "no longer required", and it was made official at a hearing today.
Former child star Amanda, who had her own Nickelodeon series The Amanda Show, had filed documents in Los Angeles in February, asking for her mother to be removed as her conservator.
Her attorney David A. Esquibias confirmed said in a statement to People at the time: "Amanda wishes to terminate her conservatorship. She believes her condition is improved and protection of the court is no longer necessary."
She'd been placed under a conservatorship - an arrangement Britney Spears was also recently freed from - back in 2013 after it became clear that she was struggling with her mental health.
Amanda was caught up in some controversy at the time, with one incident seeing her set her neighbour's driveway on fire, something she attributed to bipolar disorder.
She's also been open about her addiction to Adderall, but has since reached out for help.
The She's The Man actress has been sober for several years now and is doing a lot better.
Amanda has completed a degree at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and is also now engaged to beau Paul Michael.
Her petition for personal freedom had been supported by her mum and dad, and she's now free to live her life as she wants to.
Earlier this month, Amanda spoke out to thank her fans for supporting her bid to end her conservatorship.
She said in a video on Instagram: "What's up Instagram. Amanda Bynes here
"My court date is coming up in two weeks. I want to thank you all for your love and support. Peace out."
