Amad Diallo leapfrogged by Liel Abada as Manchester United streamer blown away by Celtic star

Popular Manchester United streamer Mark Goldbridge looked out for Amad Diallo in Wednesday night's Old Firm - but left convinced Liel Abada is Premier League bound.

The Israeli continues to go from strength to strength as his first half strike added gloss to the scoreline following Reo Hatate's double.

And it puts him ahead of Kyogo Furuhashi for combined goals and assists across all the players at Celtic after they pummelled Rangers.

Goldbridge, whose account has over 600k YouTube followers, hosted a watch-along on the video platform with 120,000 tuning in across the night.

And the United diehard was left disappointed with Red Devils loanee Diallo and the rest of Giovanni van Bronckhorst's dispirited side.

"Amad, welcome to the Old Firm," he remarked. "He’s been very quiet, he might not even come out for the second half.

"He’s had the ball three or four times, a couple of bad passes and lost possession but, to be fair to him, very similar to Kent’s performance on the other side."

And after half-time his prediction came true.

"Amad's been taken off. Not surprised, to be honest."

But it was Celtic pair Abada and Hatate who stole the show - as Goldbridge insisted the former is ready-made for the Premier League or another big league.

"Abada is 20 years of age," he added, "and when you’re looking at these players and thinking, ‘these are decent players, keep an eye on them’.

"You think, with all due respect to Celtic and Rangers, will they have potential to come south of the border in the Premier League.

"Abada, at 20, let’s be honest it might not just be south of the border, it might be Serie A or something like that.

"He’s been very impressive and what I like is physically he’s good for such a quick player. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a little more of him in a better league.

"He reminds me of Dwight McNeil, physical but he can move."
