Ally McCoist admits he's baffled by fans' "stupidity" after Hibs launched an investigation into incidents at Sunday's Edinburgh derby. And the Rangers legend reckons the Easter Road club must take swift action after missiles were thrown at Hearts' Alex Cochrane.
TV footage and pictures show objects, including a portion of chips, raining down on the 22-year-old left-back from the home end during the 1-1 draw. Hibs CEO Ben Kensell promised the club would address the unwelcome scenes as he responded in a post-match interview.
And McCoist revealed his dismay as he felt a pulsating derby clash - punctuated by goals from Lawrence Shankland and Martin Boyle - was overshadowed, insisting bans should now be dished out in the aftermath.
