Ally McCoist admits he found the unusual picture of Michael Beale and Ange Postecoglou sitting together hilarious.
The Rangers hero was reacting to the snap of the two bosses sitting side-by-side at the start of this week's press conferences ahead of Sunday's blockbuster final for the Viaplay Cup. Beale's men go in to the derby unbeaten since the Englishman's arrival but Postecoglou's side haven't tasted defeat since September and hold the trophy up for grabs at the weekend.
Social media was set alight when the picture dropped of the two sitting in close proximity, something not often seen at conferences, and McCoist admits the least the two could do was 'act happy'. The Ibrox legend was in hysterics alongside Talksport host Jim White who said the picture was akin to two people sitting on a Glasgow bus ride.

McCoist in hysterics, said on Talksport: "Who came up with that? And if you are going to do it, act happy."
White said: 'It's as if they are sitting on a bus in Glasgow city centre. And that they have never met each other."
White laughed: "It was if I am not speaking to him and he is not speaking to me. Would you have sat alongside the likes of Neil Lennon?"
McCoist added: "After a game, yes. I would fear for my own safety sitting with him before it."
