Ally McCoist has sparked a baffled response on social media after an image of him in fancy dress as a mean looking punk emerged.
Sporting a midget gem style blonde mohawk, a spider web tattoo on the side of his ‘shaved’ head, a nose ring, eyeliner and a Sex Pistols t-shirt, the Rangers legend was looking like no fan has ever seen him before after Chris Kamara shared a snap of the beloved ITV and Sky Sports pundit.
But Kammy also drew attention after eagle eyed tweeters spotted his reflection in the background, and the former Middlesbrough and Stoke City boss was sporting a black afro wig as part of his get up. Whether he and McCoist were just trying something different for a night on the town can’t be confirmed, but fans were quick to chip in with suggested look-alikes for the Ibrox record goal scorer after seeing his surprising new look out of all context.
One said: “Thought it was Peter Wright for a second,” while another added: “Thought it was Sam Smith.”
