All the places you can fly to from Liverpool Airport in 2022

After two years of coronavirus making holiday difficult to book, people are now starting to think about going abroad again.

Many people are hoping to make 2022 the year they finally get to go abroad again as travel restrictions ease.

Travellers no longer need to take a pre-departure test before returning to England. After arrival, they now only need to take a lateral flow test. If the post-arrival lateral flow test comes out positive, travellers must self-isolate and take a PCR test to confirm the result.

Unvaccinated travellers must take pre-booked PCR tests on day two and eight after arriving, and must self-isolate for 10 days.

Travellers should check the entry requirements for their destination before they depart, as countries may change rules at short notice. The government’s website gives up-to-date foreign travel advice broken down by country.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport offers a huge range of destinations, many just a couple of hours away, and there's something for everyone.

EasyJet, Ryanair, Logan Air, Wizz Air and Blue Air all fly out of LJLA.

Alicante

Bucharest

Cluj-Napoca

The area has a charming ambience with five churches and a museum proving top tourist attractions.

Bergerac
