Every year, MasterChef Australia boasts a plethora of familiar faces. From famous favourites to culinary big wigs, and even royalty, the iconic kitchen has seen it all. Here are all the celebrity guest judges you can expect to see on MasterChef Australia 2026.
Alongside the hustle and bustle of the MasterChef kitchen, another thing that gets viewers excited is the roster of celebrity judges they can expect to see on the show.
Usually, after the audition process is done and dusted, the show hosts a special guest to help our judges guide our contestants to through the comp.
This year’s guest judge schedule has a bunch of familiar faces, including Australia’s very own prince Robert Irwin.
So, without further ado, here are all the celebrity guest judges we can expect to see on MasterChef Australia 2026.
All the celebrity guest judges on MasterChef Australia 2026
Robert Irwin

Starting off with a heavy hitter, crocodile-wrangler-turned-reality-TV-host-turned–Dancing–With–The–Stars-winner Robert Irwin was revealed to be one of the judges of 2026.
Speaking to PEDESTRIAN.TV, MasterChef Australia‘s Poh Ling Yeow recalled the first time she met Australia’s prince and how far he’s come.
“It was really funny because I met him when he was a little Bubba. He was maybe four, and I had actually just done MasterChef and I was at the Nickelodeon Kids awards with Julie Goodwin, and he was tearing around in the green room in his little khakis, being a mini Irwin,” she laughed.
“It’s so amazing to watch him grow into this really composed, really intelligent, you know, beautiful young man. He’s a real firecracker. He’s got so much personality and energy. Yeah, and he’s really a decent bloke. A really lovely guy.”
Poh teased that viewers are going to be “shocked” with how Robert is in the kitchen, and joked that his presence, passion and knowledge about food had her “scared for [her] job”.
“I’m like, aren’t you just in wildlife? Why are you talking about food? So eloquently, go away,” she told P.TV.
Jimmy and Jane Barnes

Australia’s golden couple Jimmy and Jane Barnes will be heading into the MasterChef kitchen to help our judges and contestants in this culinary bonanza.
Alongside being one of the country’s iconic love stories, Jimmy is also one of Australia’s biggest rockstars!
Meghan Markle

One of the biggest stars — and the only guest judge to trigger a mixed bag of reactions from the public — appearing on MasterChef Australia 2026 is the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.
The MasterChef kitchen was one of the stops on her recent Australian tour! And honestly, it makes so much sense as the Duchess is a certified foodie. After all, she does have a lifestyle show called With Love, Meghan and a product line called As Ever by Meghan.
However, in a twist, an insider claimed to news.com.au that Meghan and her team are “very frustrated” with the wording and use o the term “royal” in her introduction package.
Channel 10 declined to comment when contacted by PEDESTRIAN.TV.
Maggie Beer

Beloved Aussie chef and judge of The Great Australian Bake Off Maggie Beer will be returning as a guest to help our contestants serve up their best dishes.

Vincent Yeow Lim

One of my favourite content creators Vincent Yeow Lim (famously known as @DimSimLim) will be returning, hopefully with that yum yum, to MasterChef Australia 2026.
Lily Huynh
TikTok Food Creator of the Year Lily Hunyh (@biteswithlily) will be sharing that foodie wisdom on MasterChef Australia 2026. Seriously, though, can’t stop thinking about her seafood boil.
Adriano Zumbo

Of course this king will be turning up for some MasterChef Australia shenanigans, and I bet his visit will be extra sweet.
Andy Cooks

New Zealand chef, recipe creator, chef, author Andy Hearnden (@andycooks) will also be stepping out of the content creation for a mo’ to help our contestants serve up some delish dishes.
Justine Schofield

Season one’s Justine Schofield will also be visiting the MasterChef Australia kitchen in 2026!
Sarah Todd

Jumping on as a guest judge after appearing as a contestants three times (season six, season 14 and season 17), Sarah Todd will be heading into the kitchen to guide her fellow contestants!
Marion Grasby

My FAVE Facebook creator (yes, I’m still on there) and season two stand-out, Marion Grasby will be coming back to share some of her wisdom with the cast.
This year’s MasterChef Australia will be returning to its roots with 40 homecooks vying for a white apron. It’s definitely one to watch!
