Injury-prone Simon Cowell was seen for the first time since his most recent accident.
The man behind the X Factor and Britain's Got Talent is still recovering from an injury that left him "lucky to be alive".
He flashed a thumb at cameras as he left his home with fiancee Lauren Silverman.
The music mogul was sent to hospital after an e-bike crash in which he hit a wet patch and went over the handlebars in West London.
He has now left the hospital after being treated for a concussion and a broken arm.
It is not the first time the 62-year-old has suffered an injury like this - he's actually got a string of painful incidents to his name.
Malibu - August 2020
The recent horror crash comes just 18 months after a fall in Los Angeles, in which Cowell broke his back.
He was testing a new electric bike with his son Eric at the time of his fall at his house in Malibu.
The fall resulted in Cowell having a metal rod put into his spine, amid multiple procedures and operations.
It is unlikely he will give up his bike after his most recent fall. After the Malibu crash, speaking to his ex Terri Seymour on ExtraTV, he said: "My most creative time is now when I cycle, because I cycle even though it’s an e-bike. I still got to pedal and I do about 10 miles a day, even though I had an accident on one.
"That was more an electric motorbike, these are called pedal-assist bikes and they’re brilliant."
Simon continued: "That expression 'get back on your bike', with me, it was literal. I feel better than I did because I exercise so much more.
"Honestly, if I could rewind, I would have gone through the whole thing again. Just because I feel better now. Yeah, even though it hurt like hell at the time."
Falling down the stairs - October 2017
Beginning a few years of bad luck, Cowell fell down his own stairs in October 2017.
He was seen strapped to a spinal board and stretchered out of his mansion by paramedics. Cowell had fainted on his way down to the kitchen to fetch himself a drink.
The businessman needed a brain scan after being found slumped at the bottom of his staircase by his bodyguards, who heard the fall.
Simon was then taken to Chelsea and Westminster NHS Hospital. Son Eric was in the house, but thankfully was being looked after by a nanny when the paramedics arrived.
He later admitted the real reason behind his fall was over-tiredness, adding: "I'm OK now. In a way, it was a wake-up call. It wasn't the end of the world - but a bit embarrassing."
