Investigations into the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel have continued this week.
The murder of nine-year-old Olivia stunned Liverpool when she was hit by a bullet as violence spilled into her family home in Dovecot last month.
Convicted criminal Joseph Nee is believed to have been the target of the shooting on August 22 when he forced his way into Olivia’s family’s Kingsheath Avenue home after her mum Cheryl opened her front door.

A gunman then followed Nee in and fatally shot Olivia, who was standing behind her mum. They then fled the scene. No one has yet been charged in relation to her killing and police continue to appeal for information that will help bring her killer to justice.
This week, Olivia’s mum Cheryl Korbel, who was herself hit by a bullet as she tried to stop Olivia’s killer getting through the front door, made a video appeal for them to hand themselves in. In the video, Cheryl described how her daughter’s death had ripped her family’s lives apart and urged the killer to “own up” and face justice for killing her daughter
She said: "You know you have done wrong so you need to own up, like I've taught my kids. You do something wrong, you own up to it. If anyone is hiding these guns they need to speak up, because they need to be off these streets. No one at all should have to go through this.
"We were organising days out, we were on the summer holidays, we took Liv swimming. We went to Blackpool, just me and Liv, and we were talking about going to get her a new uniform for school but I didn't get that chance to go and get her school uniform.
"I'll keep going, for Liv."
