When you breed two pets, you won’t get the exact pet listed in the third column every time. Instead, you’ll get an egg that has a chance to hatch that specific pet. That means you might have to make the animals breed multiple times before you get your desired pet.

The Celestial Hydra is currently the best and rarest Breed-Only pet in Catch and Tame. You’ll need to breed Hydra and Cosmic Griffin to get Celestial Hydra.
The Hydra is a Breed-Only pet and can only be obtained by breeding a Cereberus and a Cosmic Griffin. There’s only a 0.3% chance of getting the Hydra by breeding these two pets.
Exclusive Pets are the rarest pets in Catch and Tame, and they’ll only hatch from Exclusive Eggs. The only way to get Exclusive Eggs in Catch and Tame is to join the game during Admin Abuse.
