All booze brands were licensed by TDP, says Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy

AMARAVATI: Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that all liquor brands sold in the state were licensed during the tenure of previous TDP government.

He suggested that it would be better to change Chandrababu Naidu's surname as Saara (liquor) instead of Nara as 14 out of 20 distilleries functioning in the state were granted by Naidu. "Jagananna Amma Vodi, Vasathi Deevena, Asara, Cheyutha, Navarathnalu-Pedalandariki Illu and other welfare schemes are our brands. Liquor brands-Power Star-999, Legend-999, Russian Romanova, President's medal, Governor's reserve were part of Chandranna Kanuka as these brands were licensed by Naidu himself," said Jagan.
