Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins was awarded NFC Offensive Player of the Week after his surgical performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday.
Cousins completed 23 of 29 passes for 276 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions in a 31-26 victory. The Falcons got off to a slow start but have won four out of their last five games largely due to Cousins’ emergence.
