Alisson breaks silence on heated row with Jordan Henderson
Alisson Becker has shut down suggestions of a rift between him and Jordan Henderson after they clashed during Liverpool’s draw with Chelsea.
Just days after being beaten 4-1 by Manchester City at the Etihad, the Reds were held to a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge. The stalemate was a further blow to the club’s Champions League hopes.

But during the closing stages of the match, a poor headed clearance from Joel Matip presented Chelsea’s Joao Felix with a chance, but the on-loan forward failed to control his effort and fired well over.
However, in the immediate aftermath of that incident, a furious Henderson confronted Alisson, as the Liverpool captain appeared to accuse his goalkeeper of not communicating with Matip.
The Brazilian responded angrily and the pair were briefly in each other’s faces before Henderson walked away. But speaking following the game, Alisson dismissed having any kind of problems with his skipper.

Mason Mount was taking absolutely no chances on his way out of Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening.
As the Chelsea midfielder strode past a gaggle of journalists after the forgettable goalless draw against Liverpool, his phone was clamped firmly to his ear to avoid having to interact with any of the waiting hacks.
Mount hadn't even made it off the bench for the Londoners. But it was the ongoing transfer interest from the Reds of which the England international was no doubt acutely mindful as he slipped out of the stadium without uttering a word to the gathered scribes.
Liverpool are known admirers of the player who, aged 24 and qualifying as a homegrown player, fits the profile required by both Fenway Sports Group and the recruitment team as they look to overhaul Jurgen Klopp's engine room in the summer.
