Liverpool addressed their Premier League mini-slump with a hard-earned victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Mohamed Salah scored twice in the first half as the Reds held on to win 2-1 against the Londoners. The result means Jurgen Klopp’s side avoided a third successive top-flight defeat and have closed the gap on the top four.
But there was plenty that went unnoticed or under the radar during the 90 minutes at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Alisson irks Klopp
From the first minute to his defiant celebration in front of the away end after the match, Jurgen Klopp was in particularly animated mood throughout the latest visit to London.
And having flailed his arms manically at his team's failure to close down Tottenham during the first half, the Reds boss was even more agitated after the break when Alisson Becker seemed to take an age to complete his clearances.
It all ended with Harry Kane almost capitalising on such dithering by tackling the goalkeeper, only for Liverpool to scramble the ball clear. Klopp was not impressed.
Elliott rouses fans
The second half became increasingly difficult for Liverpool as the home side cranked up the pressure. And Harvey Elliott suspected it was time for some extra help.
As the Reds prepared for an attacking corner shortly after the hour, Elliott sought to rally the away end with a shout of 'come on' and a gesture with his hands.
Meanwhile, after the game, a youngster in the away end was the lucky recipient as Andy Robertson handed over his match jersey as a souvenir. A memento from a memorable day for one Reds fan.
Tottenham fans can't take it
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte wasn't too impressed with the jeers from the home fans that greeted the half-time whistle with his team 2-0 down. But that wasn't the only show of dissent from the Spurs faithful.
One supporter, attempting a quick dart to the concourse near the press box shortly before the break, was momentarily prevented from doing so and exclaimed: "Don't make me go back and watch the rest of that!"
And the ball hadn't even hit struck the back of the net for Salah's second when one fan behind the goal decided that was quite enough and began his trek up the stairs, presumably in pursuit of a half-time pie. Which, given their supreme tastiness, was completely acceptable.
Thiago gives a hug
There were some familiar faces around the media area on Sunday. Robbie Keane, who played for both clubs, was spotted having some pre-match grub while ex-iverpool striker Florent Sinama-Pongolle was also in attendance.
And there was a nice touch after the game when Thiago Alcantara spotted Eidur Gudjohnsen - the man he replaced from the bench when making his Barcelona debut back in 2009 - doing pitchside television duties.
The pair had a quick embrace before Thiago faced the cameras to discuss a fine win for Liverpool against Gudjohnsen's former team.
