Alison Hammond's 18-year-old son was offered a place on Love Island this summer, according to reports.
Aiden would be the latest in a long line of celebrity offspring to appear on the show, including Dani Dyer, Gemma Owen and Jack Keating - whose dad Ronan was in Irish band Boyzone.
Alison, 48, has established herself as a fan favourite on This Morning and is rumoured to be replacing Phillip Schofield on the show after he sensationally quit yesterday.
She's also bagged the top job on the Great British Bake Off and so it's no surprise ITV wanted Aiden on their smash-hit dating series.
However, it doesn't look like fans will be seeing the teenager in the villa anytime soon.
A source said: "Alison was flattered, but Aiden has turned it down.
"Producers know that contestants with a famous parent are a huge hit," reports The Sun.
If Aiden had accepted the offer, Alison may have appeared on the Meet the Parents episode in which the contestants introduce their partner to their family.
The Big Brother star is extremely close to her son and threw him a joint birthday party earlier this year in which they both celebrated their big day.
Aiden is no doubt immensely proud of everything his mum has achieved, although Alison did tell us he "doesn't watch" her on TV.
She said: "I’ll be honest with you, he doesn’t [watch].
"He watches TikTok and YouTube, and he’s a gamer. I have to go up to him and say, 'Babes, watch the TV!' and then he’ll put the television on and watch it.
"Occasionally I’ll go home and he’ll say, 'I watched you today Mum, you were really good.' I say, 'How much did you watch then? Two minutes?!'"
Alison is now one of the jewels in ITV's crown having stepped in for Phil during his brother's trial.
She had great chemistry with Holly, who will no doubt have a say in who she shares the famous sofa with.
The mum-of-three thanked her former co-star for all his 'knowledge' over the years after he quit, but the Wylde Moon guru is now firmly in the driving seat and is said to be a big fans of Alison's.
Jessica O'Reilly of Ladbrokes said: "Alison's in pole position and This Morning viewers would absolutely love to see her get upgraded from her hosting duties on a Friday.
"It would also be a huge statement if ITV had two females presenting their flagship mid-morning show."
Alison is tipped 2/1 to host the show on a more regular basis.
The Mirror has contacted Alison's reps for comment.
