Shares of U.S.-listed Chinese companies were trading mostly lower in Hong Kong on Thursday morning, with tech stocks being a major drag.
Alibaba Group Holding (NYSE:BABA), JD.com Inc (NASDAQ:JD), Baidu Inc (NASDAQ:BIDU), and Tencent Holdings (OTC:TCEHY) traded deep in the red, as did EV makers Li Auto Inc (NASDAQ:LI) and Xpeng Inc (NYSE:XPEV), although Nio Inc (NYSE:NIO) bucked the trend.
